For the regular 11×15x2-inch pan, use 2 cake mixes.
For the 12×18x2-inch pan, I use 3 cake mixes. http://www.baking911.com/cakes/mixes.htm

Call the telephone number on the cake box and ask customer service…I've called for recipe conversions before, they are very helpful.

Go to a party-supply store that sells all the supplies needed for party planning at a discount. Check in the Yellow Pages under "party supplies" or some similar headings, or just go to Yahoo Yellow Pages, type in your city and the category and see what comes up.

If this doesn't work, try going to a local bakery and asking if you could purchase a few boxes from them.

i would say use cupcake boxes since then the cupcakes wont tip over. I would say buy 6,12, or 24 cupcake holders. I would go with the 24 only if there are special occasions going on then most likely people will buy those to serve at their parties. good luck in the business
